About Us

The Gender Frontiers Development Initiatives (GFDI) is a nongovernmental Organization; focusing on women and African child emancipation, with zero tolerance to Female Genital Mutilation, child labour, abuse and molestation, human trafficking as well as violence against women in line with the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Right, the Nigerian Child Right Act of 2003 and the fundamental human rights as enshrined in the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 (as amended).
